Managed by

Alex Ross

Alex Ross joined Premier in June 2005. He previously worked at Aberdeen Asset Management for seven years, where he managed the Aberdeen Property Share Unit Trust. In order to offer UK investors market exposure to commercial property outside the UK, Alex designed and launched the Premier Pan European Property Share Fund in July 2005. This was one of the first funds to offer UK investors diversification to overseas real estate and was timed to meet the overdue introduction of tax-efficient REIT structures in Europe. Alex’s 13 years of real estate securities investment experience means he has well respected, in-depth knowledge across the sector.

Objective

The Fund aims to provide income and long term capital growth from a portfolio which will mainly consist of European property company shares. The Fund will invest in a portfolio of securities which are typically shares in property companies and collective investment schemes whose investments consist of shares in property companies.
