David Scammell graduated from Helsinki University with an MA in statistics and econometrics. He joined Santander in 2013 having spent 10 years at Schroders as a UK fixed income fund manager, covering gilts and index-linked bonds. He also worked at Anchorage Capital Partners, spent five years with the United Bank of Kuwait as head of global fixed income and 10 years working for a number of Central Banks in the area of reserve management, including the Bank of England in London, the Bank for International Settlements in Switzerland and the Central Bank of Finland in Helsinki. David has been managing funds for over 20 years and he is an associate of the UK Society of Investment Professionals (UKSIP).

Objective
