Daniel Lenz was born in 1974 in Switzerland and attended the University of St. Gallen where he studied Economics and Business Administration. He joined Schroders in 2000 as an analyst for the industrial and technology sector and is currently the head of Swiss equities. He has been managing funds for over six years and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. For the S Schroder ISF Swiss Equity fund, he uses an 'active, blend' approach to investing.

Caspar Benz

Caspar Benz graduated with a degree in economics and business administration from the University of Zurich. He is currently a portfolio manager at Schroders and has been managing funds for over 30 years.

Objective

To provide capital growth primarily through active investment in a value style biased portfolio of equity securities of European smaller and medium sized companies. Smaller and medium sized European companies are considered companies which, at the time of purchase, form the bottom 40% by market capitalisation of the European market.
