To provide long term capital growth from a balanced portfolio of investments in the listed securities of companies based in Latin America or having a significant proportion of their business activities in one or more countries in Latin America. is intended that the purpose of the Fund be achieved by active investment management, to take advantage of changing economic conditions, of a portfolio of investments which may include shares, American depository receipts, Latin American bonds, global and other equity backed depository receipts, convertible securities and listed warrants, listed on any eligible securities market.
