Objective

To invest in a globally diversified portfolio consisting primarily of commercial property, REITs, quoted property companies, property investment companies and other property collective investment schemes. The Fund manager will aim to exploit the lack of correlation in property cycles globally to enhance investor returns over the medium term whilst maintaining an appropriately diversified portfolio and controlling volatility. Non-Sterling denominated assets will typically be hedged back to Sterling.
