Colin Moor

Colin Moor was born in the UK in 1966. He graduated from University College London with a degree in German (with a Dutch subsidiary). Colin started his career at Union Bank of Switzerland in a graduate scheme and spent 10 years in private banking before leaving to establish Rometsch & Moor Ltd in 1999. Colin is currently a portfolio manager in the natural resources sector. Colin has been managing funds for over 12 years and is a chartered FCSI. Outside of fund management he enjoys tennis, skiing and mountain biking.

Udo Sutterlüty

Udo Sutterlüty was born in Egg, Austria in 1966. He attended the University of Innsbuck where he studied Business & Economics and has been working in the financial markets since 1990. Udo started his career with Creditanstalt Bankverein in Vienna as a market-maker and was promoted to chief trader in equities and derivatives in the following years. He worked in Chicago at CBOT with as well as in London at LIFFE and Refco Overseas as a senior trader. Since 1998 Udo worked with Raiffeisenbank Kleinwalsertal AG for 10 years as their Treasurer and afterwards as their main fund manager for five WALSER Funds, including the WALSER PF. In 2008 he started his own investment house Sutterlüty Investment Management GmbH. He developed, established and started together with his London Partner Colin Moor the SUNARES-Fund, which he still co-manages together with his long-term partner Colin Moor. Outside of fund management, Udo lists family life, fishing, soccer, mountain biking and walking as his main interests.

Objective

The fund mainly invest in international equities of companies that primarily deal with the basic elements of earth and water, i.e. our planet's natural resources, or companies which contribute to the more efficient and economical use of these resources (Yin & Yang principles applied in the fund's investment strategy). The fund places particular emphasis on the following sectors: commodities, precious metals, water, agriculture, forestry, food products, energy and alternative energy.
