Gerry Frewin joined Threadneedle Property Investments in 2010 as an investment surveyor primarily responsible for sales, acquisitions and the day-to-day management of the Threadneedle UK Property Authorised Investment Fund, and also assisting with transaction activity for the Threadneedle Property Unit Trust, Threadneedle Strategic Property Fund and several third party portfolios. In 2015 he was appointed fund manager of the Threadneedle UK Property Authorised Investment Fund. Gerry is well versed in the company’s property process, having worked for the firm between 2002 and 2005. Thereafter, he gained further experience at Mayfair Capital and Kilmartin Property Group. Gerry has a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate Valuation and Management from the University of the West of England and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Don Jordison

Don Jordison was born in Eastry, Kent in 1960. He attended Nottingham Trent University where he gained a degree in urban estate surveying, and later attended City University Business School where he gained an MBA. Don started his career in 1981 as a trainee at Prudential, and in 1984 he joined Hambro Life where he was also a trainee. In 1985 he joined Allied Dunbar where he worked as a surveyor and fund manager. Don joined Columbia Threadneedle in 1994 where he is currently a director and fund manager. He has been managing funds for over 18 years and is a Chartered Surveyor and member of the Royal Instituition of Chartered Surveyors. Outside of fund management he enjoys tennis, soccer, music and the cinema and theatre.


The objective of Threadneedle UK Property Trust is to obtain a total return based on income and capital appreciation primarily through investment in certain kinds of real estate, property-related securities, government and public securities and units in collective investment schemes.
