by Eleanor Lawrie on Jan 07, 2014 at 13:59
Ignis has broadened out its real estate proposition by hiring an asset manager for its £1.1 billion UK Commercial Property trust, alongside real estate product specialist based in London.
Jamie Horton, who is currently a director on the investment agency team of DTZ, is to join the Glasgow office as an asset manager at the end of the month, while Lucy Williams will join the London office as a real estate product specialist next week.
Williams was previously responsible for business development and investor relations for the property trust at Lothbury Investment Management.
Horton and Williams will become part of a 35-strong real estate team reporting to Gary Hutcheson.
