Management Contract & Fees:
Management agreement with Aberdeen Asset Management Asia Ltd, terminable on one years notice. The management fee is paid monthly in arrears at the annual rate of 1% of the net asset value of the Company, valued monthly. The Companys investment in the Aberdeen International India Opportunities Fund and the Aberdeen Asian Smaller Companies Fund is excluded from the calculation of the investment management fee.
