    Aberforth Partners are Managers and Secretaries to the Company and both these contracts are terminable on 6 months notice by either party. The Management fee is paid quarterly in advance at the rate of 0.2% of total net assets. The Company also pays a quarterly secretarial fee in advance. The secretarial fee is adjusted annually in line with the Retail Price Index.
