  • Management Contract & Fees:

    As part of the Management Agreement, F&C Investment Business Management Plc will receive an aggregate annual fee, payable quarterly in arrears, of 0.85% per annum of the total assets. In addition, the Manager will receive an administrative fee of GBP 50,000 per annum, inflation-adjustable and payable quarterly in arrears. The Agreement is for a fixed initial period of four years from the date of Admission and, with effect from the third anniversary, is terminable by either party on 12 months notice. For their Administrative and Secretarial services, Northern Trust International Fund Managers Ltd currently receive a fee of GBP50,000 per annum; this will increase in line with inflation. This agreement can be terminated by either party on 90 days notice. DTZ Debeneham Tie Leung as property valuers will receive a fee of 0.03% of the aggregate value of the property portfolio.
