    The base fee payable under the agreement are as follows: Less than GBP300m: 0.75%, subject to a minimum fee of GBP2.25m Between GBP300m and GBP500m: 0.65%; Between GBP500m and GBP750m: 0.50% Between GBP700m and GBP1bn: 0.40%; In excess of GBP1bn: 0.33%. The new fee structure effective from 01-Jul-13. The investment adviser fee will also only be charged on healthcare property rather than total gross assets (less cash) as at present. Property management fees payable under the agreement will be amended, as follows: First GBP25m: 3%; Above GBP25m: 1.5%. The agreement is terminable on12 months' notice. The Administrator shall receive an annual fixed fee GBP58,000.
