Baillie Gifford & Co is employed by the Company as Managers and Secretaries under a management agreement. Management Fee of 0.45% p.a. on total assets less current liabilities excluding the property portfolio, calculated on a quarterly basis. OLIM Ltd receives an annual fee of 0.5% of the value of the property portfolio subject to a minimum quarterly fee of GBP6,250. The contract may be terminated on three months' notice.
