  • Management Contract & Fees:

    Aberdeen have taken over as Investment Manager and Secretary to the Company from 16th May 2008 for a quarterly fee payable in arrears equal to 0.75% p.a. of shareholders funds plus short and medium-term debt. The agreement is subject to one years notice of termination. The Company also pays Aberdeen an annual marketing and secretarial fee of GBP40,000 (plus vat). This fee is wholly allocated to revenue.
