  • Management Contract & Fees:

    The Manager will be entitled to a Base Fee equal to 0.25 percent per calendar quarter of the Net Invested Assets. The Manager will also be entitled to a Performance Fee. At the point at which an initial investor has received, in aggregate, cash distributions (by way of dividend and/or capital return) amounting to their initial investment and such additional amounts so that they have realised an 8 percent IRR on their initial investment, the Manager will be entitled to a Performance Fee of 15 percent of all future distributions. The Investment Management Agreement is terminable by either the Manager or the Company giving to the other not less than six months written notice, not to expire prior to the end of the Investment Period.
