  • Management Contract & Fees:

    The Company is self-managed by its executive directors, Brett Miller and Rhys Davies. Damille will receive an advisory fee of 1.45% of net assets p.a. quarterly in arrear. They will also be paid a performance fee when aggregate distributions to shareholders equal the aggregate amounts subscribed for Shares on their initial date of issue compounded at 8% p.a. The Performance will be equal to 20% of this excess. The advisory fee and performance fee is subject to a minimum of GBP 0.15m.
