Jon Maguire resurfaces with property investment venture
by Jun Merrett on Oct 25, 2013 at 10:28
The club is co-founded by Glenn Perry, whose estate agency Zest Property Management will manage the properties once they are rented out.
Another property management company called Smart Living Ltd, where Maguire works, will offer investors assistance in converting properties into single or multiple occupancy housing.
Club membership is £150 plus VAT, acquisition, project management and conversion costs.
The club has also been set up by Stewart Wooles, who founded networks Interdependence and Alpha to Omega.
It is not Maguire's first return to investment since stepping down from Africa Invest in January 2010. He made a comeback in June 2010, heading the marketing division of Voila Asset Maketing.
In 2011 New Model Adviser® reported that Maguire had taken on a fish and chip shop in Bristol.
