JP Morgan revamps AA-rated UK equity team
by Robert St George on Jan 07, 2014 at 10:43
JP Morgan has named lead managers on three UK equity funds, in a shift from its previous team approach.
Similarly, Thomas Buckingham has been appointed lead manager of the UK Higher Income fund and Ben Stapley as lead manager of the UK Strategic Growth fund. The other two members of the team will again remain as portfolio managers on the funds.
‘These changes recognise the talent and significant ongoing contribution of these managers to the performance of the respective strategies,’ said a spokesperson for the firm.
JP Morgan confirmed that the funds’ investment processes and objectives would not change.
