Legal & General Investments' Ellis quits as RDR head Pistell takes MD role

Simon Ellis, managing director of investments at L&G Investments, is to leave the company.
Ellis will be replaced by Simon Pistell, who is managing director of the firm’s retail distribution review (RDR) programme.
He joined L&G in October 2009 where he was responsible for the unit trust business.
Prior to joining L&G, Ellis (pictured) worked at Fidelity International , Axa Investment Managers and Henderson Global Investors.
