About Gerry Ferguson

Gerry Ferguson was born in Glasgow in 1953. He attended the University of Glasgow where he gained a BSc in applied science. He started his career in the property market in 1974, and in 1983 he became a fund manager at Scottish Widows. In 1986 he joined Scottish Amicable as a fund manager and in 1996 moved to RREEF (UK) Limited where he was a director. Gerry has been a fund manager at SWIP since 2000 where he runs the SWIP Property Trust. He has been managing funds for over 26 years and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Investment Property Forum. Outside of fund management he enjoys golf, rugby, football, walking, music and the cinema and theatre.
