John McClure started his career at United Friendly Assurance in 1987 and joined Hermes Asset Mangement in January 1989. He moved to Guiness Flight Global Asset Management Limited in 1992 where he managed smaller companies portfolios. John is currently an investment manager at Unicorn Asset Management where he takes charge of the Outstanding British Companies Fund. John has specialised in investing in UK smaller companies for over 20 years.
