Kentaro Takayanagi gained his bachelors degree in Engineering at Waseda University in Japan before becoming a holder of the CMA certificate. His career began at Nomura in the system development department and in 1993 he joined the equity investment department. Kentaro currently manages Japanese equity funds and his strategy covers all types of capitalizations and follows a value-orientated style.
