About Neil Hermon
Expert number cruncher Neil Hermon earned a degree in mathematics from Cambridge University’s Selwyn College before beginning his career at Ernst and Young accountants in 1989. He joined General Accident Investment Management as an investment analyst in 1993, and began managing funds a year later. Having worked his way through the ranks to become head of UK smaller companies, he switched to Morley Fund Management in 1998 to begin a four-year stint in a similar role. Hermon moved to Henderson Global Investors in 2002 to take control of the Henderson UK Smaller Companies OEIC. He was named head of pan-european smaller companies in November 2004. Away from the office, Hermon enjoys playing cricket, squash and badminton.
