A history graduate from St John's College, Cambridge, Philip Gibbs spent 15 years as a financial analyst for Laing and Cruickshank and then BZW before he broke into fund management at Jupiter in 1997. Philip has had extensive experience as a stockbroking analyst specialising in equities of UK financial companies and is a Chartered Accountant. He manages the Jupiter Absolute Return Fund. He also runs two investment trusts: the Jupiter Split Trust and the growth portion of the Jupiter & Financial Income Trust.
