Neptune hires Skandia's Webb to boost UK intermediary team

Neptune Investment Management has hired Nick Webb for its intermediary sales team, where he will be responsible for clients in Central England and East Anglia.

Webb’s appointment is the latest move in expanding the firm’s regional and strategic partner teams. Last year, Andy Larkin was hired from M&G as head of strategic partners, as well as Nick Pogmore and Harry Reeves as intermediary sales managers.

Webb joins from Skandia – a key strategic partner client for Neptune – where he was a sales manager for 13 years, managing teams in East Anglia, London and the Midlands.

He is part of a five-strong intermediary team which covers the UK and is supported by three more staff in London. This team, along with the strategic partner team of four led by Larkin, report to Adam Hughes, who is head of UK wholesale.
