Alliance Trust adds to SRI range with double launch

Alliance Trust Investments (ATI) is adding to its Sustainable and Responsible investment range with the launch of two funds later this year.

The Alliance Trust Sustainable Future Cautious Managed fund and the Alliance Trust Sustainable Future Defensive Managed fund will launch in the third quarter, adding to the existing SRI range managed by Peter Michaelis and team.

The five funds will also be made available on the Distribution Technology analytics tool, making ATI the first UK based asset manager to offer risk profiled SRI products. The five funds will have a risk profile of four to eight.

The existing funds set to be risk profiled are the Alliance Trust Sustainable Future Managed fund, the Sustainable Future Absolute Growth fund, and the Sustainable Future Global Growth fund.

'This is an exciting and important step for Alliance Trust Investments as it gives advisers real confidence in recommending our Sustainable Future funds to match the risk profile of their customers,' Peter Michaelis (pictured), head of SRI, said.
