Anderson Strathern Asset Management has hired former Ignis chief financial officer Eamonn Mirner as finance director.
Mirner, was latterly head of fund administration at HSBC and has also previously held senior roles at Standard Life Wealth.
His appointment follows on from the recruitment of former Wealth Manager cover star Harry Morgan as chief investment officer in August.
The company said in his new role Mirner will lead the firm’s targeting of new markets including energy, technology entrepreneurs, law firms and accountancy practices.
