Arrest made following boiler room investigation

Officers from the National Crime Agency and the Kent police yesterday arrested an individual in connection to an ongoing Financial Conduct Authority boiler room investigation.

The arrest of the 21 year old was made following searches of properties in London and Kent. The FCA has not released any further details of the arrest, and the individual has not been charged.
