Ashcourt Rowan eyes Northern growth with new Leeds hub

Ashcourt Rowan eyes Northern growth with new Leeds hub

Ashcourt Rowan is moving to a new office in Leeds following its buy of UKWM.

The office, in City Point, King Street, can house 130 people, more than double the existing location in Lisbon square, which the company said would provide an opportunity for expansion. Ashcourt Rowan has 17 offices nationwide.

'We have made no secret of our desire to grow our presence in Leeds – it is an ideal location given the wealth of local skills in financial services across the board,' chief executive Jonathan Polin said.

'London will remain our head office but Leeds will be our second largest hub and help support our growing footprint nationally.'

The property in King Street includes a purpose-built office suite for clients and contacts, which the company said would provide a better working environment.
