Bootle Live: Scottish independence will be fine economically (for England)

Roger Bootle believes Scottish independence won't hurt the economy....well the English economy at least.

However, he does admit a 'Yes' vote could have serious political implications.  

Speaking at the Private Client Manager Retreat in Hampshire, the Capital Economics founder also warned that the European elections next week will deliver a 'political earthquake' with long running ramifications.
