Brewin chair backs business with £29,000 stake

Brewin Dolphin chairman Simon Miller is backing his own company after acquiring a £29,000 stake.

Miller acquired 10,000 shares, a 0.02% of the company's share capital, at a price of 287.4p each .

Brewin's share price is down 12.1% to 287.4p since the company announced it would take a £32 million hit after ditching plans to introduce Figaro software, with an additional £15 million over the next 10 years
