Brewin Dolphin appoints Bain consultant to board

Paul Wilson has joined the board of Brewin Dolphin as a non-executive director.

Wilson has spent most of his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company, having started at the firm in 1996 and led its financial services practice. He left full-time consultancy there in 2005 but remains one of Bain’s senior advisers.

Holding an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, Wilson also sits on the boards of Abbey Protection and Unigestion, as well as serving as international chairman of the charity Action Against Hunger.

‘Paul brings significant experience of the financial services industry and I am delighted that he is joining the board as an independent non-executive director,’ said Brewin Dolphin chairman Simon Miller.
