Brewin Dolphin appoints director in Reigate

Brewin Dolphin has appointed Ebru Smith to lead the portfolio management team in its Reigate office. 

As a divisional director, she will be responsible for developing  investment strategy and ensuring client portfolios are run efficiently. 

She joins the company from Duncan Lawrie Private Banking. 

Smith (pictured) has over 20 years of experience in wealth management. She previously worked for Schroders and Reliance Mutual Insurance Society. 

Prior to that she worked as an economic assistant at the British Embassy in Ankara, Turkey. 

Brewin regional director for London and the South East William Hepburne-Scott said: 'As we continue to grow and develop our offering in the South East, it is a reflection on the strength of our proposition that we are able to recruit candidates of the quality of Ebru to join us in the South East. I am confident that Ebru will add an extra dimension to our existing team in Reigate.'
