Brooks Macdonald drafts in KPMG veteran of 28 years

Brooks Macdonald has strengthened its board with the appointment of KPMG veteran.

Chris Macdonald's (pictured) firm has named Richard Price as non-executive director. He will become a member of the both the audit committee and risk & compliance committee.

Price spent 28 years at KPMG where he had considerable exposure to financial services clients, holding a number of roles including the UK head of KPMG's financial sector transaction services practice.

'I am delighted to welcome Richard to the Brooks Macdonald board,' Brooks chairman Chris Knight told the market.

'He has spent much of his career at KPMG involved with clients in the financial services sector and his experience and expertise will be of considerable benefit to the board and to the Brooks Macdonald group as a whole.'
