Budget 2014: a 'hopeful' toast for the 'Sandwich Generation'?

The 'Sandwich Generation' has faced a number of challenges in recent years but has today's Budget made their life easier.

Close Brothers Asset Management's certified financial planner Richard Watkins describes the Budget as a 'hopeful' one for his clients falling into this category. 

He is particular pleased with radical overhauls of pensions and ISAs.

But could the chancellor have done more for this generation?
