Charles Stanley hires ex-Miton man Graham Hooper as distribution head

Charles Stanley has appointed Graham Hooper as head of distribution, with emphasis on the development of its D2C platform.

Hooper, who joins at the start of next month, will oversee the company’s general product distribution and development of the company's direct-to-consumer service, Charles Stanley Direct.

Hooper was distribution director at Miton Group before leaving earlier in the year following the sale of Liverpool-based fund business Miton Capital Partners to Seneca Investment Managers.

At Charles Stanley he will report to group director Mike Lilwall (pictured).

'I am delighted that Graham has chosen to join Charles Stanley Group at a very busy time for the divisions that he will be assisting,' Lilwall said in a statement.

'In particular his relevant skills in the D2C space should greatly assist our successful Charles Stanley Direct platform with increasing demand for advanced client communications and effective marketing strategies.'
