Justin Thomson, manager of the T Rowe European Smaller Companies Equity fund, talks about some of his best investment ideas as we explore role should these funds play in asset allocation strategies 

We also discuss how important it is to have capacity limit to protect performance, in an area where liquidity can pose problems.
