JPM creates new platform sales role

JPM creates new platform sales role

JP Morgan Asset Management has recruited Andrea Hohlachoff to its funds sales team in a new role that will focus on the major platforms.

As head of insurance and platforms, Hohlachoff will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with fund supermarkets and wrap platforms, as well as life insurance companies.

‘The recent changes that include Andrea’s new role leave us better poised to continue to deliver excellent client service as well as greater productivity and much greater focus on our most important client relationships,’ commented Jasper Berens (pictured), head of UK funds at JPM.

Hohlachoff previously worked at SEI, developing investment solutions for wealth managers that included a suite of multi-asset funds.

JPM is also expected to confirm the appointment of a new salesperson serving execution-only platforms, who will report to Hohlachoff, in the months ahead.
