Leigh Himsworth to leave City Financial for Fidelity

Citywire A-rated Leigh Himsworth is to quit City Financial and join Fidelity.

The move will reunite Himsworth (pictured) with former colleague Dan Roberts, who he previously worked alongside at Eden Financial and Gartmore.

Roberts currently runs the Fidelity Global Dividend and Fidelity Global Enhanced Income funds, while Himsworth manages the City Financial UK Opportunities fund.

City Financial UK Opportunities has returned 43.9% over the past three years, compared with 33.8% from the average fund in the UK All Companies sector.

Fidelity and City Financial declined to comment.
