In the first of a two part exclusive video, Franklin Templeton bond star Michael Hasenstab reveals his preferred emerging markets and explains why he expects greater volatility ahead for China.

Hasenstab says the Chinese currency should appreciate in value over time, provided the country is able to manage its economic reforms successfully. If it doesn't, the currency could endure significant weakness through capital flight, he warns.
