Psigma hires Williams de Broë compliance boss for regulatory demands

Psigma hires Williams de Broë compliance boss for regulatory demands

Psigma Investment Management has appointed Tina Wishart as compliance officer to make sure the firm is in step with the evolution of regulation.

Wishart has 20 years’ financial services experience and joints from Williams de Broë where she was head of compliance.

In her new capacity, Wishart will be responsible for strengthening procedures and oversee the wealth firm’s adherence to the FSA handbook rules and guidance.

She will report to Kevin Wood, who is head of compliance at Psigma parent group Punter Southall Wealth Management.

Psigma chief executive John Howard-Smith (pictured) said Wishart’s experience would be valuable to the firm, particularly given the changing regulatory landscape.

He said: ‘Her appointment forms part of our ongoing ambitious expansion plans following 10 years of successive growth and demonstrates Psigma’s continuing commitment to secure strong returns for clients within a robust risk management and operational framework.'
