Quilter Cheviot Top 30 Under 30 under star Carson quits for Mumsnet

Camilla Carson, a star of Wealth Manager’s Top 30 under 30, has left the firm and is joining Mumsnet, the parental network, as a special projects executive.

After gaining a degree in Politics at the University of Liverpool in 2008, Carson joined Cheviot Asset Management as an investment manager.

A qualified member of the Chartered securities institute, Carson managed private client portfolios, trusts and charities and had a hand in the Cheviot Climate Assets and Libero Balanced funds.

The Cheviot Climate Assets fund is managed by Claudia Quiroz and William Buckhurst, while the Libero Balanced fund is overseen by Buckhurst.

Carson, who was also a member of Quilter Cheviot alternative investment committee, jointly established Quilter Cheviot’s Gen Y association in 2008, and was committed to a number of charitable projects.

She is also a member of the 30 Per Cent club investor committee, which was established by Helena Morrissey , CEO of Newton Investment Management, and Lord Davies to highlight the potential for more women to enter board level positions in the UK's leading companies.
