Tilney has hired Harry Driscoll as an addition to its investment research team.
Joining as senior fund analyst, Driscoll will work out of London as part of an 11-strong research team.
He will be focusing on US and global equities.
Driscoll joins the company from Richmond House Group, where he spent over two years as a fund research analyst. Prior to that he worked as a senior research analyst at Chelsea Financial Services.
Matthew Dickens, Tilney's head of fund research, said: 'Harry has a proven track record of excelling as a research analyst for discretionary fund managers and is skilled in both fund selection and asset management.
'As we continue to position ourselves as a leader in the wealth management space, we will be looking for people with the expertise and quality of Harry. I am delighted to welcome him to the team.'
Tilney has been on a hiring spree over the past year. Earlier this month the company recruited two financial planners in its London office.
It also bolstered its Birmingham office with the appointment of financial planner Jane Garrick.
