Quilter boosts team with triple hire

Quilter has bolstered its team with three new hires.

Joining its in-house research team are Anubhav Rastogi and Amish Patel, who have come on board as equity research analysts, and Nick Wood, who joins Quilter as a collectives research analyst.

Rastogi was previously part of the team at Jefferies International UK where he was an equity research associate and specialised in oil and gas. He has seven years' experience in financial research and evaluation and has worked for companies in India and the UK.

Patel is a chartered financial analyst and began his financial services career in 2005. He gained most of his experience with Henderson Global Investors, where he served in a number of roles, most recently as an analyst in global equities.

Wood, meanwhile, began his career in 1998 and has held positions as a performance and risk analyst and worked as a quantitative analyst at Capital International.

Prior to joining Quilter Wood was an investment analyst with Stamford Associates, where he monitored European, US, Japanese and global equity managers as well as UK balanced fund managers.

Welcoming the trio on board, Chris Beckett, head of research at Quilter, said: 'The research service is a vital part of Quilter’s proposition which is all about delivering each client with a bespoke investment strategy to meet their specific needs.

'I am delighted Anubhav, Amish and Nick have joined our research team.'
