RBS director joins Close Brothers as non-exec

Royal Bank of Scotland's group chief credit officer Lesley Jones has joined the board of Close Brothers as a non-executive director.

Jones has held the role at RBS since 2008 but is retiring at the end of January. She will sit on Close's remuneration, audit, risk and nomination, and governance committees.

Prior to RBS Jones held senior positions at Citigroup and was also a non-executive director of Rowan Drilling Norway ASA.
