RSM Tenon bosses depart after Baker Tilly takeover
by Jun Merrett on Jan 03, 2014 at 10:44
Former RSM Tenon chief executive Chris Merry and chief financial officer Adrian Gardner have left the business following its takeover by Baker Tilly.
Merry (pictured) and Gardner had been working on the integration of the RSM Tenon business with Baker Tilly, which bought its trading entities following the collapse of the business into administration in August last year. The two left at the end of last year, with Gardner taking on the role of chief financial officer at home credit business International Personal Finance.
RSM Tenon's administration followed a torrid two years for the business, which announced at the start of 2012 it would be restating its accounts after discovering 'black holes' in its books.
