SLI boosts multi-asset team with JP Morgan hire
by Dylan Lobo on Nov 06, 2012 at 07:46
Standard Life Investments (SLI) has bolstered its multi-asset management team with the hire of Alan Rudd.
Rudd joins from JP Morgan’s New York branch and will serve as an investment director within the 25-strong multi-asset team, reporting to its head of multi-asset fund management Guy Stern.
The appointments comes after the Edinburgh-based funds firm lost three members of its GARS team to Invesco Perpetual earlier this year.
Commenting on the appointment, SLI head of multi-asset investing and fixed income Euan Munro (pictured), said in a statement: ‘Adam’s skills as a quantitatively oriented derivatives specialist will add to the already impressive range of knowledge and experience within the MAI (multi-asset investment team.)'
