The Expert View: Ashmore, Workspace, Restaurant Group

Workspace: great for the UK recovery
Workspace (WKP.L), the company that lets out offices across London, ‘is a great way to get exposure to a UK recovery,’ said Panmure Gordon analyst Mark Hughes as he upgraded his view on the shares.
Workspace provides a double whammy of exposure to small businesses and London, noted Hughes, as he stuck the shares back on Panmure’s buy list, with a higher price target of 460p.
‘It’s not a value idea by any stretch of the imagination, but it safely exposes investors to London, to small business and to UK economic recovery – and that’s what property investors will want to be exposed to over the next three years.’
And you’re getting good control of costs, high occupancy levels and a ‘robust’ balance sheet.
Workspace shares fell 0.2% to 430p on Friday.
