Thesis top 100 star Edward Fane exits
by Elsa Buchanan on May 09, 2014 at 10:48
Edward Fane, head of Thesis’s model portfolio service (MPS), is departing for research company Morningstar, Wealth Manager can reveal.
He also featured as part of Wealth Manager’s Top 100 private client managers last year on account of his influential role in Thesis’s research team.
He is joining Morningstar as a senior investment consultant.
After Fane’s departure in June, Richards and his team will take on the responsibility for the MPS alongside the Optima fund range. There will be no changes to the investment process of the Optima proposition or the MPS, which have about £85 million and £20 million assets under management, respectively.
Richards said: ‘Fane’s work over the last few years leaves the team well placed to achieve our ambitious growth plans for the proposition and continue to deliver consistent returns to our clients.’
