Tim Bond quits Barclays Capital asset allocation role
Markets

Barclays Capital's global head of global asset allocation Tim Bond has stepped down from his research role.
As well as heading up the investment bank's asset allocation team, which draws on information from an 800-strong research team, Bond was a strategic adviser on the firm's in-house Radar fund.
The Radar fund, which is long/short macro tactical asset allocation strategy, took strategic advice from Bond and his team.
Bond's influential buyside research has been widely followed within the investment community with his Bar Cap's annual Equity Gilt study becoming a staple for asset allocators.
A Barclays Capital spokesperson confirmed Bond was looking at his options within the investment bank, but said no decision has been made as to what his new role would be.
In the mean time, Sreekala Kochugovindan, who co-authored the Equity Gilt study with Bond, will be working on asset allocation strategy.
A new global head of asset allocation has not been announced yet.
